We want every operator, pilot and owner to be able to use this site, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.
Our target
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our standard.
What that means here
Every text and colour combination on this site has been contrast-checked against the AA thresholds rather than estimated by eye. Interactive controls meet minimum target sizes and keep a visible focus indicator. The site is fully navigable by keyboard, with a skip link to the main content.
Content is never hidden behind an animation: if JavaScript fails or scroll-driven animation is unsupported, everything remains visible and readable. Motion is disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
Images carry descriptive alternative text, page structure uses real headings in order, and form fields have visible labels rather than placeholder-only text, with errors reported beside the field they belong to.
Known limitations
Some photographs of aircraft interiors are decorative and carry brief alternative text rather than full description. If a specific image matters to you, contact us and we will describe it.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will fix it. Email or call — you do not need to use a form to reach us, and we will accept your service request by phone or email instead.
